Will of Guestean Tennis (Justinian Tennisson) Charles Co., MD, 1699

In the name of God, Amen. I, Guestean Tennis of Charles Co. MD being weak in body but in perfect memory Praise be to Almighty God, I bequeath my soul to the Almighty God and my Savious, Jesus Christ and my body to the earth and to decently be buried. Also, I desire that my funeral charges and all my debts be fully satisfied.

Item. I give my daughter, BARBARY, one shilling.

Item. I give my daughter, MARY, one shilling

Item. I give my daughter CATHERN one shilling

Item. I give my daughter ELIZABETH, one shilling

Item. I give to my son, JOHN TENNIS one shilling

Item. I give to my daughter SARH one shilling

Item. I give to my grandchild, JOHN MANSFIELD (MANSELL) the little gun when he arrives to age of twenty-one.

I do make my dear and loving wife my sole executor of all my lands goods and chattels and all my sole and proper estate and after her decease to fall to my daughter, CHRISTIAN and to her heirs forever.

This being my last will and testament cutting off all former wills and testaments whatsoever.
