Barr Family
First Generation
Isaac Barr (1751-1832) was born in Fauquier Co. VA, and served in the Revolution. After the war he married Anna Foster, and moved with her to Stokes Co. NC between 1790 and 1800. His will leaves nearly everything to his daughter Elizabeth, who didn't marry until after her father's death.
