Caleb Johnson Family
We don't know yet if this family is related to the William Johnson family already described on our site. Can anyone take us further back?
First Generation
Caleb Johnson was born about 1806 in North Carolina, and married Nancy Shields in 1836. His oldest son, Henry, was born in 1834, however, suggesting that Caleb had a previous marriage. Caleb was a cooper, living in the Abbotts Creek area of Forsyth County.
